Under the motto Courage Changes Everything, Porsche introduced the all new Panamera G2 to Asia at a gala evening event joined by more than 360 guests. Among them were A-list celebrities, motorsport legends and friends of Porsche.
The sit-down dinner table accommodated the guests, while gigantic LED screens provided the captivating atmosphere with urban scenes.
Mr. Franz Jung, President and Chief Executive Officer of Porsche China kicked off the event with some inspiring words. Among the night’s guests were motorsport legends like 6-time Le Mans 24hr winner Jacky Ickx and 2015 FIA WEC champion and Porsche Works driver Mark Webber. Actress Liu Tao [Ode to Joy], who was also present at the night, told the audience about her experience driving the all new Panamera during the making of Ode to Joy Season 2. Musical entertainment was provided by acclaimed pianist and composer Xue Tingzhe who performed a ‘classical meets modern’ piece, while the on-screen imagery played in time to the music.
And finally, the highlight of the evening: The unveiling of the new Panamera. We as Avantgarde are proud to have been a part of this amazing event!
